The Rough Guides were never my favourite handbooks (that honour is reserved for the long-defunct Berkeley Guides), but I’ve developed a lot of respect for RG’s having posted such a wealth of info online for free. For travellers on the move, it beats having to carry around a pound and a half of paper!
