Huh. I’ve been waiting a year and a bit to see this movie, written by one of my Spaced heroes, and starring all sorts of terrific Britcom talent (and Talent, too, in the form of Martin Freeman.) But the trailer’s just been released, and it looks dreadful. They’re trying to channel Christopher Guest’s ensemble/improvisational mockumentary style, and it falls flat. How disappointing.
