“News piece” describes MySpace as the perfect place to post your headshots, land a film job, meet a (possibly celebrity) mate, etc., etc… The disclaimer at the bottom shows that the “news agency” reporting on MySpace actually owns MySpace. This is what the media calls “synergy.” (And this is what I call “bullshit.”) A perfect illustration of why the news is no longer the place to get the news.
