A surprisingly long list of bizarre statues. Some are whimsical, some are neat, most are just plain creepy. The fact that there are this many strange statues out there speaks to the enormous, easily-overlooked volume of public art. Also surprising is that, of all of these, I’ve only seen the Vigeland (Oslo) figures.
