I don’t have much to say about this weird little cosplay/fetish themed restaurant, because I’m too stunned by its location. This is just down the street from my work, in one of the more boring, industrial parts of Scarborough – which is one of the more boring, industrial parts of Toronto. I have no idea if this will succeed or not. This is an area where all the strip malls house no-brand stores, so the theme might draw a crowd, but the no-brand stores are there because the population could care less about the brands. I’ll leave my current review at “huh”.
