This week, I have been mostly watching Industrial Revelations.
Mark Williams proves just as affable as you’d expect, though also a damn sight more mechanically inclined than the average comic actor. The show is a fascinating mix of history and engineering, documenting the English Industrial Revolution with an emphasis on the machines that (literally) drove it. (Unfortunately, even the illustrated descriptions of their workings causes me to glaze over, but at least I can keep the logical flow and cast of characters straight!)
