My sis and BIL gave me crockpot for Xmas a few years ago, and I’ve surprised myself at how much I’ve used it. Finding recipes that aren’t simply soup is sometimes difficult, though, so imagine my delight at finding Stephanie’s blog, wherein she created a crockpot recipe for every day of 2008. I have trolled the archives for promising meals with good reviews, and now feel confident I could crockpot something daily for at least the first half of 2009.
