Inspired by Roger Ebert’s Twitter recipes, I recently bought a rice cooker, and have been having a grand couple of weeks testing out what kind of one-pot meals it can make. I threw this together just before stepping into the shower, and it was ready just after I stepped out. As if that wasn’t great enough it tastes DELICIOUS.
Anyone got any rice cooker recipes to share? I’m all ears. (And all stomach – urp.)
