Roland Flexner makes “Pop art” at its most literal: India ink and soap bubbles, allowed to pop, create visuals akin to mini-planets. I found an exhibit of these in the Albright-Knox, and was captivated with them even before reading how they’d been created. Luckily, another artist’s description of how messy the process is dissuaded me from stocking up on ink and Sunlight. Don’t try this at home, kids…
