On my last visit to the US Capitol, I passed out on the steps due to the 105° heat and woke up to a quick eyeful of the Senators’ lobby where the Secret Service had dragged me inside to revive me. Pretty sure that’s used up all of my sneak-peek karma, so far as the halls of Congress are concerned. Sad, ’cause I’d love to take a nerdside seat to this little subway system! (Maybe I should start a bank, defraud the American populace, and await the inevitable summons to a hearing? I think in the long-term for my travel plans…)
