An old coworker is following the trendy diet du jour, Paleo. I’m not sure the Neanderthals had access to vanilla or almond butter, not to mention cake pans and preheated ovens, but my own primitive ears perked up at the sound of “brownies”, despite the incongruous inclusion of “zucchini” along with it. Should my gardening efforts bear (heh heh) fruit, I’ll give this a whirl.
