Top 10 Money-Saving Ingredients at Epicurious.com

http://www.epicurious.com/articlesguides/everydaycooking/family/budget_ingredients A thumb-up for the buck-stretching idea, but a big thumb-down for the editing: If you’re writing a piece about how to stretch meals with cheap ingredients, you probably shouldn’t include Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Parmesan Whipped Potatoes Between the mushrooms and the parmesan, you’ve quadrupled the cost of a 10lb bag of spuds.
