Crap! Crap! Crap! Just realised it is Burns Day and have no haggis with which to celebrate/nosh, also no time to procure/eat one. Guess this year’s observation will be purely ceremonial.
Note totally untraditional (i.e. WRONG) serving of haggis with not-mashed (possibly even not-boiled) potatoes, a salad(??? How dare they health-ify a good Scottish meal?) and – *shudder* – neeps, which, though part of the traditional feast, are disgusting.

Evidently Fortune City webhosting agrees that salad + neeps is horrible to contemplate (possibly also a crime against humanity) and have removed the link. Possibly just from my blog but in my heart I believe they have wiped it from the entire web.
