I feel fairly certain this is not a group of preschoolers talking, but a reading of the minutes from a Teen Choice policy meeting. (Teen Choice, by the way, on whose board of directors “Dr.” Susan Orr sits. Like the title of this piece, Susan Orr also has a vagina, but doesn’t understand.)
