Beluga – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beluga

I’ve been hitting the afore-stumbled OpenTopia beluga cam pretty hard these days – I’m addicted to watching these beauties swim and frolic. Here’s the Wikipedia entry for the species, featuring this wonderful description: “Beluga exhibit a wide range of vocalisations including clicks, squeaks, whistles, squarks and a bell-like clang. One noted researcher in the field likens a noisy Beluga pod to the string section of an orchestra tuning up before a concert.”
