President Bush, on a collision course with Congress over
Iraq, said Friday “I’m the decision-maker” about sending more troops to the war.

In the heyday of Karl Rove, repetition was used to fool the public into believing administration lies. Now that some of the public has wised up, however, the repetition just sounds like a defeated old man who has yet to come to terms with his unpopularity and curbing of power. I could get used to this.
