My stock portfolio (aka the rotten nest egg) has taken a huge beating in the last week. I’ve been struggling with a lot of things this year already, and was hoping this expected global meltdown would hold off until after January. In browsing Spotrunner’s pages, I found this gem of a phrase, which perfectly sums up my thoughts:

And got a few seconds’ relief from the grind of reality.
