I went to The Royal a month ago, and came very, very close to plopping $5 down on a freshly cooked apple dumpling. As I was soon to be unemployed, my inner Scot took over and denied the urge. It also forced me to pay attention to the on-display dumpling-making process, which I’m happy to say has been reproduced on this page. I’m less happy to say that the page is suffused with ads, but the photo step-by-step is useful enough to overlook this egregious shilling.
