One more photo (indulge me; it’s been a long 8 years) of the new administration. This one is a real-life version of the Presidential cartoon showing 43 white Presidents lined up with Obama in colour at the end. To steal two ideas from the campaign, I HOPE one CHANGE that will emerge from this experience will be future signing photos featuring a more population-representative constituency of onlookers. All those Old White Guys look too “old school” for my tastes. While I understood why she wasn’t selected (cf. Salmon Chase, c. 1864), can’t you see how much cooler this photo would’ve been with Hillary Clinton in OWG Biden’s place?
