A Year of Slow Cooking: CrockPot Ginger Teriyaki Tofu Recipe


I made this last night – the first of what I assume will be many attempts at the CrockPot Lady’s oeuvre. Add in a half-can of black beans, and some mushrooms in an attempt to healthify, and it’s really quite terrific. I served it over a bowl of buckwheat noodles.
