Google’s Buses Help Its Workers Beat the Rush – New York Times

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/10/technology/10google.html?hp

The chances of my being employed by Google are, sadly, slim to none. Shame, really – despite the obvious expectation that you are to subvert your personal life to work (not a big loss for those of us who have no personal life), they seem like very conscientious employers. This shuttle bus service makes me – whose employer has a full parking lot and no interest in organising so much as even a carpool – insanely jealous.
