Joseph Cotten – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Quote by Joseph Cotten: Orson Welles lists Citizen Kane as his best film, Alfred Hitchcock opts for Shadow of a Doubt and Sir Carol Reed chose The Third Man – and I’m in all of them.

I’m rewatching – and re-enjoying – Citizen Kane, and am a longtime fan of The Third Man. Given how much Joseph Cotten’s fabulous performances contribute to my delight in these films, I’m determined to add Shadow of a Doubt to my to-do list.
