Noble Pig: Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze

Bookmarker of a thousand online recipes, maker of none, I broke from my tradition and actually cooked this up last night. I am pleased to report that not only did it turn out looking exactly like the photo, it tasted amazing (usually I get one or the other, never both). I am less pleased to report that, due to excessive deliciousness, there’s far less of it left than I – or my pancreas – would’ve liked.
